The Y2K13 International Live Looping Festival in it’s 13th year of existence spread for the first time this summer, officially, to Paris, London, Cologne, Berlin and Neunkirch and this fall, in the US, to Portland, Seattle and San Antonio, Texas.

This anticipates a much larger expansion planned for 2014 in Florence, Rome, Vienna, Zurich, Zaghreb (Croatia), Tallin (Estonia), Helsinki, Singapore, Tokyo, Osaka, Bangkok and Manila with possible other satellites festivals in the works in another 10 cities in the UK, Europe and Asia.

In celebration of this international expansion of this groundbreaking festival, begun in 2001 in Santa Cruz, California there will be a special ‘Best of the Y2K13 International Live Looping concert with live looping artists from the US and around the world at the ANNO DOMINI GALLERY.

Festival founder, Rick Walker, fresh from headlining these festivals in the UK and Europe will be performing along with musicians who’ve come from as far away as 10,000 miles (Stephen Briggs of New Zealand).
